Service Description
Private meeting rooms offer large tv screens (with HDMI connections), plug points, white boards, flipcharts and highspeed internet. We are also not affected by loadshedding, due to our solar power.
Cancellation Policy
Meeting Room Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours: Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will not be charged. Any pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours: Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the booking fee. If payment was made in advance, a refund of 50% will be issued. No-shows or late cancellations: Bookings not cancelled prior to the scheduled start time will be charged the full booking fee. No refunds will be provided.
