Service Description
This private, cosy room consists of a couch and 2 single seaters, plus one desks (as place for the therapist to do their admin/note taking). Its a lovely setting to do therapy sessions, play therapy, couples counselling or even business review meetings or interviews. (Please note this room does not have a tv screen or white board like the other meeting rooms)
Cancellation Policy
Meeting Room Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours: Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will not be charged. Any pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours: Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the booking fee. If payment was made in advance, a refund of 50% will be issued. No-shows or late cancellations: Bookings not cancelled prior to the scheduled start time will be charged the full booking fee. No refunds will be provided.
